Everything below runs inside the store you already have, with the WordPress plugin talking to SquidCore.
Catalog and orders in real time
Products, categories and orders flow between the store and SquidCore as they happen, so stock, prices and sales match on both sides.
NF-e issued after payment
Paid orders get their NF-e automatically, right away or a few hours later. You choose the timing in the plugin.
DANFE and XML for the customer
Both files sit in the WooCommerce order and in the customer's My Account area, and a download link goes in the order completed email.
Every invoice in one list
Each invoice with its status, any pending item explained in plain words with a Try again button, and one-click cancellation within 24 hours.
NCM filled in with AI
Uses the NCM already set in WooCommerce and can fill in the missing ones with AI, through the OpenAI or Claude account connected to SquidCore, always checked against the official table.
The right data on every invoice
The payment method (Pix, card, boleto or bank transfer) and your company's tax data go on the invoice exactly as they should.
With Correios Automático
The NF-e goes straight onto the shipping label
With Correios Automático, the pre-posting comes already filled in with the authorized NF-e; with Correios Automático PRO, it is created on its own as soon as the invoice is authorized.

How to start
Four steps, and the store is connected
Create your SquidCore account
Fill in your company's tax details and upload the A1 digital certificate.
Generate the plugin token
In SquidCore, go to Integrations › WooCommerce and generate the token for the plugin.
Install the plugin
Install the SquidCore plugin on your WordPress and paste the token in the SquidCore menu.

Choose when to issue
Pick whether the NF-e goes out right after payment or a few hours later. From then on, it runs on its own.
What you need
WooCommerce 8 or newer, a plan with the integrations module and your company's A1 digital certificate.
Questions about the WooCommerce integration
Do I need to change my store or my theme?
No. You install the plugin and the store keeps its theme and checkout. The customer buys the same way, and the DANFE and XML show up in the order and in My Account.
When is the NF-e issued?
After payment is confirmed, either right away or a few hours later, as you set in the plugin. Pix, card, boleto and bank transfer orders all work the same way.
What if a product has no NCM?
SquidCore can suggest it with AI, using the OpenAI or Claude account you connect, and only accepts a code that exists in the official table. The NCM you already set in WooCommerce always comes first.
Can I cancel an invoice?
Yes, with one click in the invoice list, within 24 hours of authorization.
Do I need Correios Automático?
No, each plugin works on its own. If you use both, the Correios pre-posting comes already filled in with the authorized NF-e; with Correios Automático PRO, it is created on its own as soon as the invoice is authorized.
