For barbershops

Your WhatsApp booking on its own, all day

The client sends a message, the AI assistant answers immediately, offers the slots that actually exist on your calendar and closes the booking. No "let me check and get back to you", no empty chair because a message was missed, no putting the clippers down mid-cut.

Hey, any time today with Rafa?

Hi! Rafa has 4:30pm and 6pm today. Cut + beard takes an hour. Which works?

6pm is great

Done, 6pm with Rafa, cut + beard. I'll send a reminder closer to the time.

The daily reality

Every message mid-cut costs money

Either you stop the cut to answer, or you answer later — and by later the client has booked somewhere else. Both ways are bad, and both happen every day.

  • A reply half an hour late, and the client already booked elsewhere
  • A slot written in a notebook nobody else can see
  • A no-show, and a slot nobody filled
  • Month end with no idea how much each barber produced

AI assistant

An assistant that talks like a person and books like a system

It is not a "press 1 to book" menu. It understands the message the way the client actually writes it, checks the real calendar, respects each service's duration and each barber's time off, and hands back a booked slot — in seconds, at any hour.

Answers in seconds

Sunday night, a holiday, mid-afternoon with a full house. The client doesn't wait and you don't stop cutting.

Only offers slots that exist

It reads the real calendar, with the service duration, the gap and each professional's time off. It never double-books.

Talks the way your shop talks

You write the assistant's instructions: the tone, what it may offer, and what it should do when it doesn't know the answer.

Knows who it is talking to

It recognises the client by phone number and remembers their history and preferred barber.

Recurring revenue

Charge a monthly plan and stop living off foot traffic

Build a plan — four cuts a month, cut and beard every week, whatever fits — and charge it on auto card or PIX. The client burns the credits on the calendar itself, and you start the month already knowing what is coming in.

A plan on your terms

Which services are included, how many per cycle, the period and the price. You can also sell single credits and packages.

Automatic or manual billing

Recurring card through Mercado Pago or Stripe, or PIX settled by hand when you prefer.

Credit burned at booking

Booked and used, the system deducts it from the plan. Nobody does arithmetic while a client is in the chair.

Overdue plans in plain sight

Trialing, paused, overdue or cancelled, each in its own state, with reminders before and after the due date.

Your team

Every barber with their own login

The barber signs in and sees their calendar, the day's appointments and their own commission. Not the shop's finances, and not someone else's calendar — that is a permission, not an agreement.

A calendar per professional

Each with their own working hours, time off and blocks.

Commission calculated on its own

The percentage comes out when the service is paid, and month end is a report rather than a spreadsheet.

Permission by role

Barber, front desk and owner see different things in the same system.

More than one shop

Each location with its own calendar, cash and team, and the owner seeing all of it together.

And in the barber's hand, the app

The barber opens the app and sees the day's calendar, fits someone in and checks their commission without going through the front desk. The app is offline-first: it opens with what is already on the device and syncs when the network comes back.

Beyond WhatsApp

And whoever prefers to book alone, books on the site

Your shop gets a booking site with your name, on your own domain, with the services, the prices and the team. The client picks the professional, sees the free slots and confirms — landing on the same calendar the AI assistant uses.

What barbershop owners ask

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. The assistant connects to the number your shop already uses. If you would rather keep business and personal apart, that works too.

What if the client asks something the assistant doesn't know?

You decide what happens: normally it says it will bring in someone from the team and hands the conversation to a person. It does not invent an answer about price or availability.

Can I block a slot or take a day off?

You can, and the assistant respects it immediately. Blocks, time off, gaps and opening hours all come from the same calendar it reads.

Can the client reschedule or cancel?

Through WhatsApp with the assistant, and also in the customer area of the booking site, signing in with a code sent to their phone.

Does a barbershop need to issue invoices?

If you do, the system issues NF-e and NFC-e with your own A1 certificate. If you don't, the module stays off and out of the way.

Does it work for salons, tattoo studios and clinics?

It does. The structure is the same: a service with a duration, a professional with a calendar, commissions and subscriptions. Talk to us and we'll walk through your case.
