One system, with data you can open
SquidCore started from a simple observation: most small businesses don't suffer from a lack of software, they suffer from too much of it. Seven subscriptions that never talk, and a person in the middle copying numbers from one screen to another.
We built the opposite. One database, one customer record, one product catalog — and every module operating on top of them. The counter sale is already the stock movement, the receivable installment, the staff commission and the invoice line.
The technical decision that defines the product most is dull to explain and easy to feel: nothing is deleted. The financial ledger and the kardex are append-only, with cash date and accrual date kept apart. Fixing means posting the reversal, never erasing the past. That's what gives today's number an origin you can open in front of your accountant.
SquidCore is built by Infixs, which has worked with e-commerce and integration for years — WooCommerce plugins, shipping automation, WhatsApp messaging. The ERP is where all of it found a common home.
Honest scope
The site says what the system does and what it doesn't. NFS-e, A3 certificates and fiscal printers aren't here, and you find that out now, not during rollout.
Bilingual on the inside
Portuguese and English across the whole product, switchable per user. It's not a translation layer, it's the system in both languages.
Your data is yours
Versioned REST API with tokens and scopes. If you ever want to take everything with you, the path exists and it's documented.
